Returns

Return Request
Please request returns promptly after receiving your order. To initiate a return, contact us via Facebook inbox, email, or through the courier. Be sure to include the reason for the return and a video description if possible. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions. 

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for products purchased directly from https://antonioke.com/. If you bought from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for returns.
Product Condition
Returned items must be:
In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documents.
Unused and in the same condition as when shipped (no stains, folded cards, broken seals, or damaged packaging).
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Personal clothing, spray products, disposable items, and consumables.
Products that have been washedusedaltered, or tampered.
Products purchased through third-party retailers.
Incorrectly ordered items and products damaged due to improper handling.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are refunded, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We covers shipping costs only for defective products.

Exchange
If you wish to change the option like size or colour of an item, a shipping fee applies:
Nairobi & nearby areas: 399 KSH
Outside Nairobi: 499 KSH

Note
We reserves the right to refuse returns if there is no proof of purchase and make the final decision on any return disputes.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll reach out to you via WhatsApp to confirm the refund.

Refund Timeline

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your M-Pesa account within 2 weeks.

Refund Delays

If you haven’t received your refund after the 2-week period, please contact us for an update. Refunds may take some time to appear in your account.
