Payment Methods
• Cash: Pay directly to the delivery rider.
• M-Pesa: Pay directly to the number provided by the rider.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Please provide the transaction number to the delivery agent.

• Inspect Your Package Before Paying
Please inspect your package upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations. You have the right to return the item if it does not meet your satisfaction.
• Ensure the Exact Payment
Please pay the exact amount shown on your receipt.
• Processing Fee (Pesapal Payments)
For Pesapal payments, a variable processing fee applies based on the order amount. This fee is covered by us, so it will not be added to your total.
• Provide Proof of Payment
If you choose to pay via M-Pesa or Bank Transfer, ensure you share the transaction number with the delivery rider upon arrival.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders within Kenya.
We process orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase, and shipped the following day.
All products are shipped from overseas, and you can expect delivery within 2-7 working days. Your order will be delivered by a local courier.
Please ensure that your delivery information is accurate. Incomplete or incorrect details may result in delays as we’ll need to contact you for updates.
Once you place your order, an automatic email will be sent to you with your order details. Please contact us promptly if any changes need to be made.

• Outside Nairobi: 499 KSH

We cover shipping costs only for defective products.
Eligibility for Returns
• We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Antonio Shop. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for returns.
• Returned items must meet the following criteria:
In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documents; unused and in the same condition as when shipped (no stains, folded cards, broken seals, or damaged packaging).
Non-Returnable Items
• Personal clothing, spray products, disposable items, and consumables.
• Products that have been washed, used, altered, or tampered with.
• Products purchased through third-party retailers.
• Incorrectly ordered items or products damaged due to improper handling.
Refund Timeline
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your M-Pesa account within 2 weeks.
Refund Delays
If you haven’t received your refund after the 2-week period, please contact us for an update. Refunds may take some time to appear in your account.
